Why I hate politics

When we have a bipartisan system, nothing much is going to get done. Both sides will eventually devolve into grade schoolers pulling every last booger off the other ones desk, and arguing who did want and how bad it was.

I get now why my mom or teachers said "I don't care who started it, it ends now!"

This ends any chance of the original topic being heard by rational people and takes away from the proper attention it needed. Soon there is no time to look over it fairly and make sure the topic has any real merit at all.

And then, if in the end you haven't strained friendships or ended any, that in itself is a miracle.

Even worse are those who will play both sides against each other not caring about how it will effect the whole system. Why? Because they already have everything they ever wanted, (money wise) and in order to keep this, they will buy their puppets to do their dirty work.

Ideas are good until they are applied to people. Because someone will go to far, someone will abuse it, and someone will suffer.

Agreed, but politics is life, so you can't avoid it. Just try not to take it too personally, even if they're trying to take away your rights. Next to impossible, I know.

Yeah I know, which once again I got sucked into it..... so stupid really, and the pettiness alone makes me sick. And people on each party will defend (almost to the death it seems) the choice their "leader" made without questioning it, JUST because the other party will disagree with it.

And to all those sheep I say BAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!
